While putting client results on “display” – please do not forget: The only important aspect is, if today they are more fulfilled, more sustainably working and now live the freedom they were looking for. This can’t be put on “display”. It is pure emotion.

So did we! 

Just as you are about to evolve and making the next evolutionary step – most probably with us – so have we evolved over time. You might have guessed already that we very much embrace change and have always seen the chance in change – less so the hurdles it comes with.

In 2016 we started offering business strategy & development. Later down the line, helping mid-size companies build brand and online strategies. While we never focused on the outer looks of a business, we have always rather focused on bringing forth hidden potential and matching it with the communicational and design aspects of the brands we´ve been working with.

With time, building brands in an online environment has become our primary focal point and that which we have gained the most expertise in. Building brands is one thing, but building them so that they can live and survive online is another thing. From 2016 until 2022, we´ve been working one-on-one with dozens of businesses and turned them into thriving brands.

Gut Check!

In 2022 it was time for a gut check. During a podcast, Juliana was asked if she was at the point she wanted to be at with Juliana Rogers Consulting – and the answer was “No”. Clearly, the time was up for a change and bringing a long-standing vision to life. 

Evolution - Revolution

While we still help clients with our consulting today, we decided to focus on delivering services and goods that offer education and tools to small businesses, so they can build multiple income stream brands without working one-on-one, too. 

Education

We think helping others to get the skills and tools to do essential things themself has a much bigger impact on the world we live in, than working one-on-one. As we live what we preach, today, we teach what we have learned & built for ourselves over the years.

#Boris Marketing

Full-Service Project

Boris Marketing is a local company offering reputation management and software to get the online data about local businesses on Google, GoYello & Co. under control. It basically displays all the data given on the web, and the local owner can edit it on just one platform. Furthermore, it contains software that integrates all social media platforms used by the owner. Therefore, they will be able to control and schedule all postings, reactions, and customer ratings.

After a long strategy session, I had the idea to create a “superhero comic” theme for their company. Furthermore, they should offer to create and handle social media postings – well, they offer software for it, right.

We went on and created a fully automated business and are now in the midst of setting up their webshop and campaigns. See below for the details of what has been done.

FREDware is a formerly local digital solution software and digital networks provider. The company offers full-service ERP system solutions to local small- to mid-size furnishing retailers on one side of the business. On a second offer, network administration for larger enterprise intranet and data security specialised in law firms and physician offices.  
The brand was looking for a diversified  strategy and niche expansion. We found that a rebrand and overall refresh was due and included a new design into the overall rebrand and business strategy. 

There was a challenge in melting the two different niches of the brand that needed special and different strategies. After an in-depth analysis we were able to provide a strong solution that would reflect the goals and needs of the company owner and serve customers ideally. Today the brand has developed from a locally known software provider into a well established German IT full-solution house.
